Do you offer revisions if I'm not satisfied with the mix?
Yes, we offer 3-FREE revisions based on your specific feedback. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, and we’ll work with you to make sure your music sounds exactly how you want it.
Do you offer any discounts for multiple tracks?

Do I need to prepare anything before sending my tracks for mixing or mastering?
For mixing, please ensure your tracks are well-recorded and as clean as possible. Remove any unwanted noise, and avoid clipping.
For mastering, provide a stereo mixdown with some headroom (-6dB ideally) and no limiting on the master bus.
You will receive a Prep Your Session document via email with step by step instructions to walk you through proper file prep.
Can I attend the mixing or mastering session?
Currently, all our mixing and mastering services are conducted remotely. However, you can schedule a Mix Review with our engineers to discuss details of your project before and after the process.
Is my music safe with you?
Definitely! We treat all client materials with strict confidentiality and ensure your files are secure throughout the process.
